Call for Submissions
We welcome registrations for the showcase and/or the exposition for the upcoming Europolitan conference in Paris. It gives illustrators two ways artwork can be discovered by US, UK & French publishing professionals attending the conference in March. Visit the faculty page (click here) to find out more about their publishing houses and agencies.
- The Exposition des Cartes Postales for SCBWI illustrators attending the conference, and for those unable to attend but living in the Europolitan country*.
- The Illustrator Showcase all illustrator attendees (non-members & SCBWI members) to share their illustrations at the conference. Please find out more about our faculty, and read on for more details. You can also register for a portfolio review with our art director or agent.

you may display up to 3 previously/not yet unpublished pieces of art, framed & free standing (for table display);
size limit: 50 cm (19.69 inches) on longest side, prints only
HOW
pre-register (click here) & drop off artwork at the conference Friday morning, pick up Friday night
WHY
Agents, Art Directors & Editors will have the opportunity to provide private written comments about pieces that inspire them. A one-year SCBWI membership will be awarded at the conference to a randomly selected participant.

WHY
Agents, Art Directors & Editors can obtain contact information from pieces that inspire them. Would you like to see who’s on the faculty? A one-year extension of SCBWI membership will be awarded at the conference to a randomly selected participant.
*SCBWI Members living in these countries are eligible to participate in the Europolitan Exposition des Cartes Postales regardless of whether they are attending the conference or not. SCBWI Members worldwide, who are attending the conference are also eligible.
